A light-based device should be a considered part of a plan, not an automatic addition to every hair-care routine. Before starting, clarify what you hope to achieve, whether it is appropriate for you and which exact instructions apply to the device.
Make a baseline before making changes
Record your starting concern and any care you already use. If you and your clinician decide photographs are useful, choose a repeatable setup and keep dated originals. Write down what will count as a meaningful change rather than deciding only after you see a flattering photograph.
Coordinate the plan
Tell your clinician about current treatments and the device you are considering. Do not discontinue prescribed care or add several new treatments on the strength of a blog. Changing many things at once makes your own record harder to interpret and may complicate decisions about what to continue.
Follow the exact instructions
- Match the manual to the model and variant you own.
- Use the supplied directions for session length, frequency, placement and precautions.
- Do not extend sessions or increase use to catch up after a missed session.
- Ask the manufacturer or clinician about an unclear instruction before proceeding.
Review rather than continue automatically
Agree on an appropriate follow-up with your clinician and record questions as they arise. If instructions are missing, contact ReHair support with the model and order details. The old claim of a specific immediate increase in blood supply has been removed: it was not adequate evidence for a personal treatment decision or a particular ReHair device.
