A personal diary is not a clinical trial

What to include in your own record
- The exact model and the instructions you were given.
- Start dates and a factual record of use, without changing the schedule yourself.
- Other care or product changes during the same period.
- Comparable photographs with original dates, angle and lighting.
- Questions, discomfort or concerns to discuss with a clinician.
Decide how you will review the record
Keep observations separate from conclusions. For example, note what looks different and which conditions changed before attributing it to a device. Agree on any clinical follow-up with your clinician instead of copying the timeline from an archived story.
Privacy comes first
Keep identifiable images private unless you choose to share them with informed permission. A seller should not need your public testimonial for you to ask a product question.
